London Recovery provides vehicle recovery services from Unit 4, St Clare Business Park, Hampton Hill, Hampton TW12 1QQ. Call 07861 533337. We are open every day from 07:00 to 22:00.

2. Using this website

This website is for information and online price guidance. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content may change without notice.

3. Online estimates

The price guide on this site gives an approximate figure based on the locations you enter. It is not a final quote or a booking. The final price and arrival time are confirmed by phone once we know the vehicle, access, traffic and any waiting time.

4. Recovery jobs

• A job is agreed when we confirm it with you by phone (or another clear confirmation we both accept).
• You must give accurate details about the vehicle, location, access and destination.
• You confirm that you are entitled to authorise the recovery of the vehicle.
• We may decline or stop a job if it is unsafe, unlawful, or outside the service we can provide.
• Waiting time, difficult access, specialist equipment or changes to the job may affect the price. We will explain this when we know.

5. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due for the work carried out. Membership is not required.

6. Liability

We take care when recovering vehicles. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, indirect losses, or losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, third-party delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Website information is provided in good faith. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

7. Governing law

These terms and any dispute connected with them or with our services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you may have as a consumer to bring a claim in another UK court where the law allows.
